Never Too Late to Switch to a Healthy Lifestyle 

Looking for a proven formula for a longer and healthier life? Recent scientific studies confirm that people ages 70 to 90 live longer if they:

 ·        Follow a Mediterranean-style diet rich in whole grains, vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts, and olive oil, and regular small amounts of fish and poultry;
